Dawn Webb – Office Manager

Hello, I'm Dawn and I have been in the dental field for 6 years, joining Dr. Cardenas in 2010. I work closely with all the team members to make sure we provide our patients with care that exceeds expectations. I also help patients with finances and manage our incentive program. Working with a doctor who really cares about giving patients the best care possible and working with friendly coworkers is important and gratifying.

I was born in Atlanta and raised in Lawrenceville, GA. I have been happily married for 12 years and have two children, Bryce and Wesley. My family and I are diehard UGA fans, Go Dawgs! Our Saturdays during football season are spent together tailgating and watching the games between the hedges at Sanford stadium. I also enjoy reading and scrap booking.

Kim Banks – Treatment Coordinator

Hi, I'm Kim and I have worked in the orthodontic field for over six years. I enjoy playing a role in creating beautiful smiles. My primary goal is to make the first visit as enjoyable and informative as possible. I strive to make every patient smile and laugh, and go above and beyond to ensure that all new patients have a clear understanding of the value of orthodontic treatment.

I was born in Hudson, NY. and grew up in Germantown. In my spare time I like to travel, and I have an eye for photography. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my niece, Ansley and nephew, Charlie.

Alicia Villarreal – Appointment and Financial Coordinator

Hello, my name is Alicia and I joined Grayson Orthodontics in 2010 bringing a diverse work background to the practice. I help patients by scheduling appointments, handling insurance questions, and assisting with any financial concerns. I enjoy developing relationships with the patients and making them feel comfortable in the office. I love orthodontics because it gives people beautiful smiles.

I was born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, and am married with a two children. I am fluent in both Spanish and English. My family and I love to be outdoors, especially going to the park.

Roza Potapchuk – Clinical Coordinator / Orthodontic Assistant

Hello, my name is Roza and I have been in the orthodontic industry since 2003. Not only do I work as an assistant, I am also the clinical coordinator of the practice. I am responsible for assistant training, ordering, and operatory flow. I am also the resident specialist in infection control procedures, conducting the annual review in prevention of cross-contamination and OSHA regulations. I am honored to be involved in the intricate process of orthodontics and love to watch the transformation of smiles.

I am originally from Rivine, Ukraine, and speak Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English. I have a goldfish named Nick and enjoy reading, traveling, and collecting unique greeting cards. I also enjoy a variety of outdoor sports like volleyball and cycling. My newest hobbies are origami and dancing.

Holley Feinberg – Orthodontic Assistant

Hello, I'm Holley and I began my orthodontic career in 1995. After taking time off to raise my family, I joined the team in 2008. I juggle a variety of tasks in the office, working as an assistant, as well as overseeing marketing and making sure communication between our practice and the general dentists in the area is constantly flowing. I enjoy interacting with patients and appreciate how the doctor and staff come together to form a successful team.

I was born and raised in Columbus, GA, and with my husband, Jeremy, and two sons, Jake and Ben, moved to Grayson in 2005. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my boys play baseball, cheering on their favorite football teams, and vacationing at the beach. I spend my leisure time reading, running, and hanging out with friends.

Patty Donato – Orthodontic Assistant

Hi, I'm Patty and I have been working in the orthodontic field for 7 years. I enjoy developing relationships with patients and love seeing the beautiful results that are achieved. It makes work exciting and is something I believe we all should smile about.

I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, and am married with a daughter, Camila, and two sons, Jonathan and Cristian. I am fluent in both Spanish and English. When not working I enjoy arts and crafts, as well as interior design. My family's favorite getaway is spending quality time together at the beach.

Melissa Lewis – Orthodontic Assistant

Hello, I'm Melissa and I have been in the orthodontic field for 5 years. Working with patients is very rewarding because I see them on a regular basis and get to watch the incredible changes to their smiles. I am very proud to be working with a talented team whom I consider my second family. It's always fun and never routine.

I am the native of the area, born in Lawrenceville, GA and raised in the Gwinnett area. I enjoy music; I play the piano and violin. I also enjoy camping, water/snow skiing, hiking, ballroom dancing and reading a good book. I love spending time with my family and am actively involved in my church choir.
