Robine Oliver – Office Manager
Hello, I'm, Robine and I have been in the dental field for 15 years, joining Dr. Cardenas in 2008. I work closely with all the team members to make sure we provide our patients with care that exceeds expectations. I also help patients with finances and manage our incentive program. Working with a doctor who really cares about giving patients the best care possible and working with friendly coworkers is important and gratifying.
I am originally from Olive Branch, MS, and am married with two children, Evan and Jenna. We also have a new puppy named Kirby! My favorite way to relax is reading a good novel. I also like to attend the theater and am very involved in the women's ministry at my church.
Kim Banks – Treatment Coordinator
Hi, I'm Kim and I have worked in the orthodontic field for over four years. I enjoy playing a role in creating beautiful smiles. My primary goal is to make the first visit as enjoyable and informative as possible. I strive to make every patient smile and laugh, and go above and beyond to ensure that all new patients have a clear understanding of the value of orthodontic treatment.
I was born in Hudson, NY. and grew up in Germantown. In my spare time I like to travel, and I have an eye for photography. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my niece, Ansley, nephew, Charlie, and little dog, Dakota.
Cristi Brunet – Appointment and Financial Coordinator
Hello, my name is Cristi and I am the newest member of the team, bringing a diverse work background to the practice. I help patients by scheduling appointments, handling insurance questions, and assisting with any financial concerns. I enjoy developing relationships with the patients and making them feel comfortable in the office. I love orthodontics because it gives people beautiful smiles.
I was born and raised in Cheyenne, WY, and recently moved to the area with my husband, James, and two sons, Brady and Brice. I am very crafty, which shows in my scrapbooks that I enjoy creating. My family and I love to be outdoors and enjoy going camping. I am also the children's pastor at my church.
Roza Potapchuk – Clinical Coordinator / Orthodontic Assistant
Hello, my name is Roza and I have been in the orthodontic industry since 2003. Not only do I work as an assistant, I am also the clinical coordinator of the practice. I am responsible for assistant training, ordering, and operatory flow. I am also the resident specialist in infection control procedures, conducting the annual review in prevention of cross-contamination and OSHA regulations. I am honored to be involved in the intricate process of orthodontics and love to watch the transformation of smiles.
I am originally from Rivine, Ukraine, and speak Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English. I have a goldfish named Nick and enjoy reading, traveling, and collecting unique greeting cards. I also enjoy a variety of outdoor sports like volleyball and cycling. My newest hobbies are origami and dancing.
Alicia Bourne – Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I'm Alicia and I began my career in orthodontics when I joined the team in 2008. I like the surprise that comes with each new day in the orthodontic office. I enjoy building relationships with the patients and being a part of their life-changing smiles. I am very proud to be working with a talented team whom I consider to be my second family.
I am a native of the area, born and raised in Lawrenceville, GA. I have two dogs, Sky and Bailey. My family and I are diehard Steelers fans, so Sundays are spent together watching football and cooking out. I also like being outdoors riding four wheelers and jet skis.
Holley Feinberg – Orthodontic Assistant
Hello, I'm Holley and I began my orthodontic career in 1995. After taking time off to raise my family, I joined the team in 2008. I juggle a variety of tasks in the office, working as an assistant, as well as overseeing marketing and making sure communication between our practice and the general dentists in the area is constantly flowing. I enjoy interacting with patients and appreciate how the doctor and staff come together to form a successful team.
I was born and raised in Columbus, GA, and with my husband, Jeremy, and two sons, Jake and Ben, moved to Grayson in 2005. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my boys play baseball, cheering on their favorite football teams, and vacationing at the beach. I spend my leisure time reading, playing tennis, and hanging out with friends.
Patty Donato – Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I'm Patty and I have been working in the orthodontic field for six years. I enjoy developing relationships with patients and love seeing the beautiful results that are achieved. It makes work exciting and is something I believe we all should smile about.
I was born and raised in Bogota, Columbia, and am married with a daughter, Camila, and two sons, Jonathan and Cristian. I am fluent in both Spanish and English. When not working I enjoy arts and crafts, as well as interior design. My family's favorite getaway is spending quality time together at the beach.
Trish Stacker – Orthodontic Assistant
Hello, my name is Trish and I have been in the orthodontic field for seven years. I enjoy orthodontics because there is always something new and exciting with braces. Working with my hands and making orthodontics a positive experience for everyone is very important to me. My favorite part of my job is seeing the smiles on the patients’ faces when they are finished with treatment.
I am originally from St. Louis, MO, and my husband, two children, and I have recently moved to the Atlanta area. I spend my leisure time with my family and playing volleyball.
Brianna Swindahl – Orthodontic Assistant
Hello, I'm Brianna and I completed my extensive training in dental assisting in July 2009. Since joining the practice I have enjoyed working directly with the patients. Working with them is very rewarding because we see them on a regular basis and get to watch the incredible changes to their smiles.
I was born and raised in Spanaway, WA, and love spending time with my two-year-old daughter, Kylie. In my spare time my family and I go snowmobiling, but haven't been able to enjoy it since moving to Georgia. I have now developed a love for the beach!
